1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fobell website, applications and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Fobell Learning Ltd. ("Fobell", "we", "us").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
Students under the age of majority should use the Service under the supervision of a parent, guardian or school, in line with any consent that institution has provided.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, disrupting the Service, uploading harmful content, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the security of the Service at risk.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, features and content created by Fobell, is owned by Fobell and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a limited licence to use it to operate and improve the Service.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Some parts of the Service may require a paid subscription. Where applicable, pricing, billing cycle and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase, and fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably possible.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every expectation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fobell will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
